Public Agreement (Offer) for Ordering, Purchase and Manufacturing of Goods

This agreement is an official and public offer of the Seller — "VolynPack", to enter into a contract for the purchase and manufacturing of goods presented on the website volynpack.com.ua. This agreement is public, meaning that in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers.

By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Public Offer defines the terms for purchasing ready-made packaging (kraft bags, sachets, corners, etc.) and ordering services for individual manufacturing and branding.

1.2. Placing an order (clicking "Order", "Get a consultation", etc.) on the Website is only an expression of the Buyer's intent to purchase the Goods. The Agreement is considered concluded, and the obligations of the parties take effect only from the moment of order confirmation by the Seller's manager during a phone call and agreement on all essential terms (assortment, cost, manufacturing and delivery timelines).

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. Characteristics, dimensions, material density and cost of standard Goods are listed in the catalog on the Website. Specifications for individual print runs are agreed upon separately (through approval of the layout and specifications).

3. Order Placement and Manufacturing Procedure

3.1. The Buyer independently submits an order through the feedback forms on the Website.

3.2. For custom orders (with logo application or non-standard sizes):

  • The manufacturing process begins only after full agreement and written/electronic approval of the layout (design) by the Buyer.

  • After layout approval, claims regarding element placement, font sizes or selected print colors are not accepted.

3.3. Manufacturing timelines for branded print runs are agreed individually and begin from the moment of prepayment receipt and layout approval.

4. Price and Payment Procedure

4.1. Prices on the Website are listed in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia) per unit of goods or per minimum batch (package).

4.2. Payment for standard products: made by non-cash transfer to the Seller's account (IBAN) or upon receipt of goods at the postal operator's branch (cash on delivery / COD).

4.3. Payment for custom orders: orders for manufacturing branded packaging are put into production after an advance payment (prepayment) in the amount of 50% of the total print run cost.

5. Delivery Terms

5.1. Delivery is carried out by postal operators (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Delivery) or transport companies throughout Ukraine where relevant branches operate.

5.2. Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer at the rates of the selected carrier, unless otherwise agreed individually (e.g., for large wholesale orders).

5.3. Self-pickup from the Seller's warehouse is available at: Volyn region, Kamin-Kashirskyi.

6. Return and Exchange Terms

6.1. Returns of ready-made (standard) Goods of proper quality are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the product appearance, factory packaging integrity, and receipt document are preserved.

6.2. Attention! In accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, and considering the specifics of production, Goods manufactured to individual order (with the Buyer's corporate logo, non-standard sizes or specifications), of proper quality ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

6.3. In the event of manufacturing defects (poor gluing, bottom integrity violations before use, significant deviation of print color from the approved layout), the Seller undertakes to replace the defective batch or refund the cost as agreed with the Buyer.

7. Liability of the Parties and Force Majeure

7.1. The Parties shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this Agreement in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. The Parties shall be released from liability for full or partial non-performance of obligations if it was a consequence of force majeure circumstances (force majeure: military actions, natural disasters, changes in legislation, etc.).
